These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Decorifai mobile application ("App") operated by Decorifai ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Decorifai. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and make any in-app purchases.
2. Description of Service
Decorifai is an AI-powered interior design app that lets you transform photos of your rooms into different design styles using artificial intelligence. The App includes:
- AI room transformation using uploaded photos
- A selection of interior design styles (Modern, Scandinavian, Bohemian, etc.)
- A points-based credit system for accessing transformations
- A daily streak reward system
- Optional monthly subscription for unlimited access
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Go Unlimited — Monthly Subscription
What you get: Unlimited AI room transformations and no ads for one calendar month from the date of purchase.
Price: $3.99 per month (prices may vary by country and are shown in your local currency before purchase).
Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews each month at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.
How to cancel: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the period.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Transform Point Packs — One-Time Purchases
The App offers one-time purchasable point packs (Starter, 20 Transforms, 60 Transforms). Each pack provides a set number of transform credits that are added to your account balance.
One-time purchase: Point packs are non-subscription, one-time purchases. They are charged once to your Apple ID at the time of purchase.
No cash value: Transform points are virtual credits with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other item of value outside the App.
Non-refundable: Purchased point packs are non-refundable once added to your account. Points consumed by completed transformations cannot be refunded. For issues with a purchase, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Expiry: Points do not expire while the App remains installed and accessible on your device.
Free Transforms & Points
New users receive 3 free transforms upon first use. No account or payment is required to use these free transforms.
Additional free points can be earned by: claiming the daily streak reward, watching rewarded advertisements, and sharing results (once per day).
Free points and free transforms are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
4. User Content
Your Room Photos
You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the App. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your images.
License to process: By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that image using our AI services solely for the purpose of generating your requested room transformation. This license ends when processing is complete.
Your responsibility: You must only upload photos that you own or have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people's private spaces without their consent.
Result images: AI-generated transformation results are stored on secure cloud servers (Cloudinary) and are accessible to you through the App. We do not use your result images for advertising or share them with third parties without your explicit consent.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Upload images that are illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringe on third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code or AI models
- Attempt to circumvent the points system, subscription model, or any payment mechanism
- Use automated tools to interact with the App or generate transformations at scale
- Upload photos of other people's private spaces without their consent
- Resell or redistribute AI-generated results for commercial purposes without our written permission
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Decorifai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent. The AI models used for room transformation are proprietary or licensed, and you acquire no rights to them through your use of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI transformations will meet your expectations.
AI-generated interior design results are creative suggestions only. They are not professional interior design advice and should not be relied upon for actual renovation or construction decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decorifai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
