Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Decorifai app, operated by Mohamed Bifenzi (Decorifai) (Morocco). By using Decorifai you agree to them. Apple's standard end-user license agreement also applies.
The service
Decorifai uses AI to redesign, stage, refresh, declutter or empty photos of rooms, and to edit results from your instructions. Results are generated by AI: they are illustrations, can contain mistakes, and are not plans, quotes or guarantees about any product, renovation or property.
Credits, subscriptions and payments
Each generated image uses credits, as shown in the app before you start. Failed designs are refunded automatically.
Credit packs are one-time purchases and don't expire. Subscription credits are granted each billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle.
Payments are processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Free designs carry a Decorifai watermark until you make any purchase.
Your photos and results
Only upload photos you have the right to use. You keep all rights in your photos and you may use your results for personal purposes. Commercial use, including real estate listings and marketing, is included with Pro and with a listing pack.
When you publish virtually staged, decluttered or modified images of a property, you must clearly disclose that they were digitally altered and must not use them to misrepresent the property. You are responsible for following the rules of the listing sites and laws that apply to you.
Acceptable use
Don't use Decorifai to create unlawful, deceptive, hateful or sexual content, to infringe others' rights, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend access that breaks these rules. You can report any result from the app.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Decorifai available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Decorifai is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
