Virtual staging questions
Is virtual staging allowed in listings?
Yes, as long as it's disclosed. Most portals and agencies ask you to label virtually staged photos and to keep at least one real photo of each room. Decorifai exports can include the label for you.
Will the room still look like the real property?
That's the point of Decorifai: walls, windows, doors, floor and the camera angle stay as they are. Only furniture and decor are added, changed or removed.
Can I use it for Airbnb or rental listings?
